Processing

We usually get packages out within 5 days after getting payment sorted All orders are cut and processed to order, and we ship using these methods:

Carriers & Postage fees

All Royal Mail items are sent 2nd class signed for with delivery tracking.

Postage Included items are for smaller parcels (unless otherwise stated on product page) up to A3 these will also be classed as free postage up to 750 grams in weight. we may use this service for some orders being sent in a tube depending on size and weight

Over 750 grams will be sent with additional charges on postage capped at £7.50 for delivery however at this point we may use Parcel2Go depending on size and weight.

EU & North America currently with max cap of £14.50 for postage depending on the order we may use Parcel2Go.

All Parcel2Go items sent have tracking.

Parcel2Go are used for larger orders (wall art) and some A2 sized orders postage will be automatically added if the product purchased needs the higher bracket. Price will be on the order depending on size of order and will be automatically calculated we will review and be in touch if there is a problem.

Tracking numbers are automatically added to your order, Royal Mail will be for signed for tracking only.

Packaging

A6 to A5 - Will go out in a cardboard backed envelope

A4 to A3 - Will go out on a slim cardboard box big enough to fit through letter box.

A2 & Wall art - will be sent using tubes with end caps.

Insurance

Royal Mail - All postage sent 2nd Class is covered by Royal Mail up to £50 please read here for more information

Parcel2Go - We select basic protection which will cover up to £20 cover

Delays

All orders are cut to order we aim to have the order cut and processed in 3-4 days but can take longer. If this is likely to change we will email you with new eta.

Please be mindful around the holidays (Christmas / Easter / Summer) we will place banners / messages if we are being impacted with delays.
